FAQ

If the FAQ page is to long to find your answer and you just want to call or email, please do. We are here to make your life easier.

Can I cancel or postpone my service at any time?
You can cancel or postpone your service at any time. There are NO CONTRACTS EVER. We make it as easy as possible for you to text, e-mail or call.
How do I know you have been here?
Well, the dog droppings will have magically disappeared. Also, we leave a branded door hanger or business card on your door to let you know we were out.
Can my dog be outside while you are servicing the property?
We love dogs and in most cases that is fine (we even bring treats if you approve). However, if your dog is protective of your backyard it is much better to have your pet indoors on the day of service. We want to make sure your pet and our employees are both protected…
How will we be charged?
On the first of every month you will receive an e-mailed statement for services to be performed that month.  AUTO-PAY  is the preferred choice of payment.  You can also choose to pay directly through the invoice with debit and credit.  We also accept checks or cash.   Spring cleanings and one time cleanings that are not regular weekly customers are DUE on the day of service.
What if I go vacation or the dog won’t be home for weeks?
Just let us know 24 hours before your service day. We can start and stop your service whenever you want us to.
What if it’s raining?
Since we live in the Northwest rain is definitely not out of the question. Most rain days in the Willamette Valley are mild and we can scoop with no problems. If we get the rare snowfall or extreme rain downpour we will try to make up the missed work that same week. If we cannot make up the work that week, we will pick up the extra poop on your next  scheduled visit.
Do you service on holidays?
No scooping on Thanksgiving Day.   We also take the week off between Christmas and New Years Day.   If your service falls on one of these days we will clean up double the doody on the next regular service visit.
What happens to the pet waste?
We bag it and place it in your outside trash can, unless you request that we haul the doody away for a small fee. In which case, it will be properly disposed of.
Do you offer one-time service calls?
Yes. This is a popular option with property managers and realtors.
Why should I be concerned about cleaning up after my dog?
Contrary to popular belief, dog feces is not fertilizer and does not provide any benefit to the soil. Dog waste contains many harmful toxins and is responsible for transmitting such diseases which are transferable to humans. Check out the “Why Scoop” section for more info.
